A 60 minute online or in-person consultation. This consult will equip you with everything you need to know about starting solids with your little one. We’ll cover signs of readiness, different ways to feed baby, introducing allergens, building and strengthening the gut microbiome and immune support, avoiding/managing constipation plus any other queries or concerns you want to cover!

Starting Solids ‘Mums Group’ Workshop -In Person* or Online
$50 per person*
A 90 minute in-person ‘starting solids workshop’. Grab your mum group friends and let’s chat over a latte and cake!
We’ll go over everything you need to know when starting bubs on solids, exactly the same we would in a personalised consultation, but within a group setting.
Includes a ‘take home’ e-book with all the information.

Eczema & Food Sensitivities
$180
A 60 minute online or in-person* consultation. If your baby is experiencing eczema and food sensitivities, this consultation is for you. We’ll do a deep dive into your baby’s health history, diet and lifestyle and work together to identify trigger foods, implement an elimination plan and engage in a supportive gut protocol to rebuild and strengthen the digestive system. You will have my unwavering support throughout this journey!
